You can spend your time in the past. That is a quite often a ticket to a lot of guilt. You can spend your time worrying about the future. That will often give you a ticket toward a lot of fear. OR you can spend your time in the present. That will give you a chance to deal with the here and now, expand what you are doing, offer you challenges you can deal with, allow you to grow.
